December 22, 2014. The retail network of lingerie of the Bustier passed[1] on new service of customer service — using electronic cards of loyalty. Shops began to issue to buyers electronic coupons on a discount which are loaded into the Passbook application on the smartphone. The Russian company OSMICards was engaged in implementation of service.
At the electronic coupon a number of advantages over paper. First, as practice shows, paper coupons are quickly lost or just forget to use them as they seldom lie on a type and are waiting in the wings. This situation is excluded in a case with the electronic coupon — it always on a type as soon as you come into the application. It is simpler to buyers to receive the coupon: it is not obligatory to come into shop, it is enough to scan the QR code posted on the website or in the magazine. The marketing efficiency of a coupon campaign increases.
Secondly, electronic cards give the chance to marketing services to control the action course, to obtain all necessary analytical data and to create reports in real time. Such cards cannot be forged that excludes risk of losses from an action. But the fact that after holding an action the company stays in touch with the buyers is even more important, can send notifications to the card and receive a feedback thanks to opportunities of electronic coupons.
"It is important to us to hold contact with buyers and to receive their comments. Byustye's shops are visited by about 13 million people a year. Even if and a half from them — those who use smartphones — we will be able to reside in touch, it will promote increase in client loyalty. OSMICards proposed the "beautiful' modern solution in the form of a convenient and interesting service for buyers" — Yulia Gaydukova, the PR-director Byustye noted.
