In the fall of 2014 the system implementation project based on the PARUS-Enterprise 8 software product in CDB for Marine Engineering Rubin which is one of world leaders in design of submarines and one of leading enterprises of JSC United Shipbuilding Corporation on design of technical means of mastering of offshore oil and gas fields started.
Project Objective
Project objective, implemented by the Center of information technologies and consulting Parus, – to increase overall effectiveness of execution of orders due to quality improvement of planning, providing the separate cost accounting in projects, operating control and the analysis of project activity. The management will receive the convenient instrument of Web monitoring of execution of orders and the analysis of actual cost of each stage of the project. Implementation of software "PARUS-Enterprise 8" will allow CDB ME "Rubin" to organize work in a common information space. The choice of a system was performed by criteria of functionality, power and high-speed performance.
Result
The project will allow to improve the existing enterprise information system regarding project management by Research and Development, contract work, financial and economic activity.
