The central clinical hospital No. 1 JSC RZD upgrades the system of accounting

Specialists of Komkon Project Group completed implementation "1C: Accounting of autonomous organization 8" in the Central clinical hospital No. 1 JSC Russian Railways (CDB No. 1 of JSC "Russian Railways").

Background

The hospital is the private institution rendering medical care, first of all, to workers of railway transport and also on a commercial basis, both within programs of voluntary medical insurance, and within rendering paid medical services to physical persons and legal entities. At the same time the CDB No. 1 receives target financing from JSC "Russian Railways". Therefore accounting and finance divisions of CDB No. 1 need to keep account and the target financing received from the founder and an entrepreneurial income.

Selection

Earlier used accounting program did not provide necessary functionality of accounting, financial management and control and also required high-speed performance. With respect thereto the management of CDB No. 1 of JSC "Russian Railways" made the decision on automation on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. The partner in implementation of the software product selected Komkon project group.

Project

Proceeding from key parameters of accounting in hospital, namely - use of the self-supporting chart of accounts, independent maintaining a business activity and existence of target financing from the budget of the founder (JSC "Russian Railways") - specialists of Komkon Project Group suggested to pass to "1C: Accounting of autonomous organization 8". At the same time the flexibility of the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform allowed to adapt quickly the solution to features of accounting in CDB No. 1, respectively the project could be expedited also with the minimum costs.

Implementation

Works on program installation, transfer and data purification, training of 25 users in workplaces were carried out within 2 months.

Result

A new system covered 25 jobs and allowed to automate accounting on several financing sources, to perform accounting by divisions of the organization, to deliver financial flows under control, to optimize management accounting and as a result to lower receivables by 15%. The set-up time of the management reporting for the management of CDB No. 1 of JSC "Russian Railways" was reduced several times.

Opinion

Malysheva Natalya Viktorovna, chief accountant of CDB No. 1 of JSC "Russian Railways": "Our hospital is non-state organization therefore special importance for the management is represented by control over income from a business activity. It in turn puts before me, as before the chief accountant, problems already not so much of accounting character how many entrepreneurial – how to define the centers of income how to calculate unprofitable divisions and the most, perhaps, main thing – cost reduction. Certainly, "eight" gives more opportunities for the solution of managerial tasks, in "seven" it was not. For example, thanks to instruments of control of financial flows in "1C: Accounting of autonomous organization 8" we could already lower receivables by 15%".
