2022: Renovation of the server room and cold center

The integrator of engineering systems DataDome April 5, 2022 announced the completion of the project for the reconstruction of the server room and cold center for the television center of STS JSC in Moscow. Despite the worldwide shortage of semiconductors and the restrictions associated with the spread of coronavirus infection, all engineering equipment was delivered and put into operation on time.

As part of the project, engineering systems, partitions and floor bracing were dismantled, as well as finishing work and installation of the unloading frame structure in the server and on the roof of the building with an area of ​ ​ 125 m2 and 200 m2, respectively.

During the reconstruction of the server room, specialists DataDome installed engineering systems. The cold supply system is organized on the basis of two isolated cold corridors, in which seven inter-row precision air conditioners are installed HiRef a capacity of up to 25 kW each. The server power supply system is made using ABB board equipment with 2N redundancy scheme. The server has a DATAFLOOR power false floor system with a total area of ​ ​ 160 m2. In addition, to ensure comfortable climatic parameters in office premises, a split air conditioning system was installed and launched.

The total area of ​ ​ the premises in which the construction work was carried out amounted to 250 m2. As a result of the project, the STS television technical center received an updated server room designed to install 38 racks with an IT load of up to 7 kW per each. The project was implemented within three months.
