The CORUS Consulting company started an implementation project of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 in CAPITAL Jets airline.

Selection
Such system, customer company recognized by Microsoft Dynamics CRM, in particular, its latest version. MS CRM of 2011 received the updated interface with opportunities of its flexible configuration under specific users, new role politicians of access, the visualized numeric data - a possibility of creation of charts directly in a card or a primary window of a system, the built-in integration into Microsoft SharePoint Server. Besides, in a system the possibility of setup of change tracking in a card and managements of the user scenarios – dialog boxes appeared.
Expectations
Microsoft Dynamics CRM will manage the working schedule of personnel of the company, both flight and technical structure, and the staff of office. In "single window" of CRM the flight map will form and to be implemented process of final approval of run of all parties, with generation of the reporting under completion of run. Besides, in a system it is going to automate management of additional services, such as catering and transfer of passengers.
Objectives
Integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM with external systems is planned: with the SMS center for sending notifications to employees about readiness of run or about need of a transfer of passengers and crew, with the website of the company where clients or their agents can leave a request for run, a transfer or a catering.
Input of the CRM system in commercial operation in CAPITAL Jets is planned for September, 2011.
