Capital MS fulfills the requirements for financial stability in the Homnet: 710-P program

2022: Meeting the Requirements for Financial Stability

On June 21, 2022, the company Capital of MC"" announced that with the participation Homnet Group of Companies it had completed a project to automate requirements regulator under Regulation 710-P.

Capital Health Insurance (Capital MS) is one of the insurance medical organizations Russia operating in the field. compulsory health insurance

The insurance industry is undergoing reforms in terms of compliance with regulatory requirements. So from 2023, IFRS (IFRS) 17 and 9 come into force, and starting from July 1, 2021, insurers apply calculations under Regulation 710-P.

Capital MS, along with other representatives of the insurance industry, has changed its approaches to financial stability (solvency) of the enterprise. In this she was helped by the Homnet Group of Companies, acting as the Executor of the project for the implementation of specialized software "Homnet: 710-P."

The project lasted about 6 months and consisted of the following stages (work performed):

• 1. Develop a methodology for determining the value of assets and liabilities of the company in accordance with the requirements of the 710-P.
• 2. Test modeling and calculations of financial stability indicators.
• 3. Installation "Homnet: 710-P."
• 4. Implementation of Reporting Forms Collection Cases 0420150 (Section 7), 0420154

In addition, throughout the project, experts from the Homnet Group of Companies trained users to work in the system.

As a result of the implementation of Capital, MC was able to automatically make the following calculations:

• the amount of own funds;
• value of risk impact assessment on own funds (capital).

Thanks to the last, fourth stage, carried out on the project, it became available to complete the assessment of financial stability by automatically generating reports in the XBRL format - forms 0420150 (section 7), 0420154 are unloaded to the Homnet: XBRL module. Capital MS has been using the cases implemented for this since October 2021.

At the end of the project, the Homnet: 710-P system is operated on a working environment and is supported by the Homnet Group of Companies (updates to the program are issued and advisory assistance is provided to users).
