2025: Transition to EvaProject

Softline Solutions (Softline Group of Companies) has transferred its business solutions department to the EvaProject project management system from the Russian vendor EvaTeam. Employees of the department received a flexible tool for monitoring work processes, which increased the efficiency and efficiency of their work. EvaTeam announced this on October 21, 2025.

The group of companies has been cooperating with the vendor since 2022: it is introducing its products into the customer infrastructure and in practice sees how EvaProject solutions allow customers to achieve measurable business results. When the Business Solutions Department was tasked with finding a project management system, EvaProject was chosen for its functionality. The main goal of the implementation was to create a flexible task tracker for internal control of projects.

The transition was implemented in stages: the Softline Solutions team independently installed the system and adapted it to the specifics of the department's tasks, and the EvaTeam technical support group conducted product training.

EvaProject training has expanded the capabilities of the team in terms of project management and control: EvaTeam specialists are available and answered in detail all questions of interest, revealing the full potential of the solution.
