The solution of business process management now and in Kaspersky Lab

The FORS company completed the works on the delivery contract of instrumental BPA/BPM of means of business simulation Casewise Corporate Modeler for Kaspersky Lab company.

Requirements

Acquired the right to execution of works of FORS based on an open competition.

The list of requirements to tools, except standard requirements for high-end level products, from a user-friendly interface, ease in training, flexibility and a possibility of application of different notations, creations of own objects, attributes, reports within model, compatibility with other software tools (MS Office, MS of Visio, CRM, Service Desk, etc.), automatic generation of documents and enhanced capabilities for maintenance of model in current status.

The most optimal customer on set of these and other parameters recognizes Casewise Corporate Modeler.

Solution

Specialists of FORS provided in the territory of the customer a number of trainings according to the Casewise Corporate Modeler Suite Foundation program, provided services in technical consultation of database administrators in installation, setup and work with Casewise repository, administration of models and management of access rights.

Within an implementation project licenses for the following software products of Casewise are delivered: Corporate Modeler Enterprise Edition, Corporate Exchange, V-Modeler, V-Mapper, Report Accelerator.
