Specialists of Absolyut-Soft Corporate Projects company carried out implementing solution of the analysis and accounting of the movement of containers in a subsystem of external logistics based on the 1C: Trade Management 10.3 software product for Casper Group Ltd, the company reported on January 25, 2013.

Goals and Objectives

Sale of the mechanism of the analysis and accounting of the movement of containers in a subsystem of external logistics based on the 1C: Trade Management 10.3 software product became a project objective. The specified mechanism is used by company management and at strategic, operational planning of purchasing activity.

Solution

Within the project specialists of the company contractor carry out the following works:

• Design of the mechanism of the analysis and accounting of the movement of containers in a subsystem of external logistics is executed.
• Development and tuning of the mechanism in the 1C: Trade Management 10.3 configuration, including the following main objects is performed:
• Reference book "Certificates"
• Document "Formation of Structure of Containers"
• Turnover register of accumulation "Goods to receipt"
• The report on supplier orders taking into account a planned receipt of containers
• As a part of the mechanism the system of notifications of users about an expected goods receipt is implemented.
• Works on deployment of developments in an information system of the Customer are performed.
• Trial operation of the mechanism and its transfer to commercial operation is carried out.

Result

As a result of implementation the business processes connected taking into account and control of the movement of containers, executed by the purchasing manager are automated. It also allowed to reduce costs of time for planning of purchase of goods and to automate formation of supplier orders by containers, and also to control terms of receipt and location of the ordered goods. Besides, reduction of process of collection of data for reporting on procurement processes became a project deliverable three times.
