The Lanit company began in 216 work on creation of structured cabling systems for the oil pumping station in Stavropol Krai. Works will be carried out within the long-term project on expansion of a pipeline system of Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC).
Aiming to reach new economic level, KTK set a goal to increase mechanical capacity of the trunk oil pipeline to 67 million tons of oil a year. The project on construction of new standard oil pumping stations (NPS) was for this purpose initiated, each of which represents a small complex of the industrial facilities servicing the trunk pipeline.
The task of creation of the structured cabling systems (SCS) for these stations is set for Lanit. In 2013-2014 engineering infrastructure for NPS-3, NPS-4 and NPS-7 was created. In the current year a similar system will be constructed for two stations — NPS-5 in Stavropol Krai and NPS-2 in the Republic of Kalmykia.
Structured cabling systems include cables in buildings, the universal technical system of wiring and inter-building cables. The main part of the used equipment — products of Panduit companies (cables, couplers, marking) and Teldor (optical fiber).
Lanit is a contractor of Telvent IT company (enters into structure of Schneider Electric), which provides the work documentation on the basis of which the integrator performs delivery of principal components of a system, develops the detailed project of works and the calendar schedule, performs installation and construction works.
Key project requirements are: observance of the security regulation at all stages, formation of an uninterrupted logistics chain, tracking and an adherence to deadlines of delivery, exact execution of plans of mobilization and project implementation. By preparation and work not only the existing state standards (GOST, CONSTRUCTION NORMS AND REGULATIONS, etc.), but also special requirements of the customer to laying of fiber optic lines and UTP cables should be observed.
KTK sets the high quality standards for contractors and equipment suppliers. In particular, one of vendors has the selected production line on production especially for consortium, according to its requirements to production, marking, material packaging, etc. Products undergo multistage quality control. All tools used by workers on the platform should be marked and have the certificate and the passport, told in the company.
KTK also pays considerable attention to qualification of personnel and the security regulation. The uniform policy in the field of industrial security, labor and environmental protection extends to all activity of consortium in Russia and Kazakhstan. Project participants should have all necessary documents granting the right to work at objects of the increased danger. One and all specialists including qualified take additional courses and trainings for work directly on objects of consortium.
"The task set for us demanded fast and resolute actions. We developed the plan of mobilization, created necessary material resources, prepared a team of specialists. All this is a bright example of how employees Lanita can quickly and professionally get into any, even the most complex gear. The qualitative and timely solution of similar tasks — one of strengths of our command. The trust of the customer who so carefully approaches the choice of partners is valuable to us —" — Alexander Verkeenko, the head of department of project management of LANIT-Integration company, the certified specialist of Project Management Professional said.
