2020: Implementation of "1C: Payroll and HR Management"
On December 30, 2020 it became known that specialists of the company "1C: The first Beat" automated payroll in multi-profile transport-logistic Castor company."1C: Payroll and HR Management CORP", integrated with solutions "1C: Transport logistics, forwarding and control of motor transport" and "1C: Accounting", helped to organize exact payroll calculation of drivers taking into account actually worked time, routes, the directions, rates, the number of changes, amount of the transported load and other operation parameters. Control of correctness of charges is strengthened. As a result payroll calculation accelerated three times, unreasonable staff expenses are excluded, cost value of transportations is reduced by 15%.
As it was explained, the salary to drivers is calculated taking into account a set of criteria: characteristics of routes, rates, the directions, distance in kilometers, idle times, the number of changes, development on a number of hours in day, presence of the workmate, load volume, machine model, etc. For regulated accounting, operational accounting and management in the company solutions "are used by 1C: Transport logistics, forwarding and control of CORP motor transport" and 1C: Accounting. At the same time payroll calculation was not automated, 5 specialists spent for calculation for 10 days monthly. It was difficult to control correctness of charges, wage fund unreasonably expanded. The share of staff expenses in cost value of services was manually estimated, there were errors in calculations.
The information system which would help to simplify and accelerate difficult payroll calculation became necessary for the company, to optimize FOT, to provide exact cost accounting of transportations.
For the solution of assigned tasks a system "was selected by 1C: Salary and personnel management 8 CORP". The company "1C became the partner in implementation: The first Bit".
In 4 months 1C specialists: The first Bit unrolled a system in 25 workplaces in settlement department of accounting, services of operation, personnel management, analytics and service of compensations and privileges. Operational data exchange with systems "1C is implemented: Transport logistics, forwarding and control of CORP motor transport" and 1C: Accounting.
Key results of the project:
- Individual payroll taking into account all indicators necessary for this purpose is automated: a number of hours of presence at the workmate's machine, hours of a stage of the vehicle, the number of runs behind fuel, waiting time on intermediate and final points, a waiting number of hours in holidays, the number of the fulfilled hours at night, a number of hours of independent repair, existence of idle times, etc. Sheets of a time recording form in the automatic mode on the basis of these information systems of the company. From "1C: The transport logistics, forwarding and control of CORP motor transport" in "1C: Payroll and HR Management" are quickly broadcast data of waybills, parameters for calculation do not need to be entered into the program manually. As a result on payroll calculation three times less time – instead of 10 leaves 3 days now.
- In a system multilevel validation of charges is implemented. At each stage of calculation reports which contain information on completeness of obtaining information and correctness of indicators form. It allows to control correctness of an algorithm of payroll calculation and to avoid errors in charges. As a result expenses on compensation and cost value of transportations are reduced by 15%.
- There was an opportunity previously to calculate cost value of transportations according to such data of the waybill as the direction, a route and the vehicle. It helps the company to manage quickly the cost of services and to control profitability of transportations.
The "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP" system integrated with other solutions of the company allowed to optimize difficult payroll to the employees by necessary criteria. Thanks to operational accounting of all indicators at all stages of work of personnel the management received full control over payroll calculation. The analysis of personnel structure became convenient and exact. There was an opportunity to quickly create and adjust structure of the enterprise and the organizations making it. |
