On July 12, 2016 the ALAN IT company announced end international the SAM project in Kavkasus Online company. The project was executed by High Tech Solutions.
Project Tasks
Waiting for reorganization the company rose before need of license reconciliation of the software of Microsoft and determination of level of a maturity of processes of SAM.
The solution of these tasks was undertaken by High Tech Solutions Ltd company. For work on the project specialists ALAN IT were attracted. Jointly partners suggested to carry out in Kavkasus Online reconciliation of the software - SAM Baseline.

HTS collected data in Kavkasus Online on the basis of which specialists ALAN IT carried out the complete analysis and information processing and also estimated shared state the politician of SAM in Kavkasus Online on key indicators of model of optimization – SOM.
Project Results
According to the results of the project determined the level of a maturity of processes of SAM in Kavkasus Online, developed recommendations for increase in effective management of IT infrastructure.
We actively are engaged in the SAM direction since 2012, during this time we implement more than 80 projects of different scale in Russia. We constantly develop, we master new types of projects, we develop own tools for their more effective implementation. Reaching the international level is a big step, new experience and, as a result, the new directions and opportunities for our work. |
The received recommendations helped the customer to save when purchasing the software. At further use of the received recommendations the company will be able to increase the level of a maturity of processes of management of IT assets, to cut down the risks and expenses connected with their irrational use, to avoid data loss and idle time of business processes.
