In the Center of Bone and Articulate Pathology (Center of Bone and Articulate Pathology LLC) the solution - the Karelian medical information system based on Lotus Notes/Domino which should provide online access to medical records of patients is implemented and increase efficiency of interaction between doctors in decision making process.

Solution

Workflow automation allows to carry out monitoring of performance indicators of work and excludes a possibility of submission of false data on treatment and prevention facility in Healthcare Committee. The solution allows to provide safe data exchange, to improve interaction between medical specialists in decision making process, increasing labor productivity of employees, quality and effectiveness of rendering medical services.

The joint product of the companies IBM K-MIS also completely transfers medical document flow of medical institution to an electronic form. All work of personnel is conducted only using electronic records. Such functions as planning of working time, accounting of temporary disability, medical examination, calls on the house are automated, statistics subsystem is also implemented.
