"The center of innovations and information technologies" (FTsIIT) - the non-profit organization founded by Federal notarial chamber, created for improvement of a system of the state guarantees of human rights and the citizen in the information sphere. Some of the main objectives of Fund is creation of conditions for distribution and application by a notariate of Russia of modern information and communication technologies and formation of modern information and telecommunication infrastructure a notariate of Russia, providing on its basis of high-quality notarial protection of the rights of citizens and the high level of its availability to citizens and legal entities.

The choice of a visual communication system of TrueConf was caused by the moderate cost level on its acquisition and service, a further possibility of its development and updating, quality of the system and also existence of the server for providing video conference in the organization.

Based on the solution TrueConf the Fund purchased and implemented the system of a video conferencing integrating 82 notarial chambers of the subjects of the Russian Federation. Now the project on expansion of video network for the purpose of providing all notaries of notarial chambers of the roamable subjects of the Russian Federation with video conference between them is developed. At the same time solutions of TrueConf are presented the most preferable to implementation of this project.
