Center of development of non-profit organizations (RNO Center) (1C: Accounting)

The 1C:VDGB company completed automation of activity of RNO Center LLC based on solutions of software products of 1C Company.

The RNO center is the non-profit non-state organization which since 1994 supports the non-commercial sector and citizens' initiatives in St. Petersburg and Russia and also develops private charity and corporate social liability.

Considering need of uniform accounting of business activities of three divisions which are a part of the organization (RNO Center LLC, SPb of BOO "RNO Center", BF "Kind City of St. Petersburg"), simplifications of preparation of the reporting, validation of data and work of employees in uniform information base, in 2011 the Center addressed to 1C:VDGB company for program blown using which it is possible to automate these processes. The staff of 1C:VDGB company advised software of 1C Company - "1C: Accounting 8".

Specialists of the St. Petersburg Representative office of "1C:VDGB" carried out demonstration of product capabilities, delivery, installation and elementary education to work with the program and the agreement on information and technology maintenance ("1C:ITS") is signed.

As a result of the carried-out works the following sections of accounting are automated:

• · conducting accounting and tax accounting of business activities of several organizations in one information base;
• · settlings with advance holders;
• · settlings with the organizations;
• · personnel records;
• · settlings with personnel on compensation;
• · calculations for income tax;
• · lot-based accounting;
• · trade operations;
• · currency transactions;
• · material accounting, goods, products;
• · cost accounting and cost accounting;
• · operations on cash desk and bank;
• · settlings with suppliers and buyers;
• · fixed asset accounting and intangible assets;
• · calculations for the VAT;
• · the regulated reporting;

During the project integration of software with other subsystems was also carried out.

Thanks to implementation of the 1C: Accounting 8 program in the Center of development of non-profit organizations work of accounting service twice accelerated, errors under the authority of regulated accounting are almost excluded and there was an opportunity to timely hand over the reporting in regulatory authorities.

In 2013 the leaders of the Center made the decision on automation of personnel records and payroll. For the solution of a task the 1C:VDGB company which was carrying out implementation to RNO Center of software "1C: Accounting 8" recommended to use software "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8".

The choice of a product was influenced by the complex circuit of calculation of the earned payment. Specialists of 1C:VDGB company held consultations on opportunities and advantages of this software and options of its maintenance, delivery in office and software installation on computers of RNO Center LLC is performed and also preferential support of "1C:ITS" is issued.

As a result it was succeeded to automate personnel records, payroll calculation, the regulated reporting, staff recruitment, personnel training, planning of employee occupation (holidays and/or other actions). Implementation of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program allowed to exercise supervision of the organizations, to make decisions on personnel structure and to obtain up-to-date reliable data, and personnel department got rid of many routine transactions. Thus, work of all divisions of RNO Center LLC became more transparent, optimized and structured.

According to the management of RNO Center LLC, using the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program became possible to automate personnel records, calculation of the earned payment considerably became simpler, it was succeeded to regulate the reporting and also to beforehand plan employee occupation. Using specialists of "1C:VDGB" implementation of a new system took place in the shortest terms and did not cause any difficulties in mastering.

Creation of a modern information system based on software products of 1C Company allowed the Center of development of non-profit organizations to reduce considerably time for different processing of data, to considerably reduce costs and to gain economic effect.
