Center of telecommunication technologies (Advant)

There were enough three days for start of the Advanta system in Center of Telecommunication Technologies Ltd (Novosibirsk).

The management of the enterprise, having studied the test version of the Advanta system, made the decision on independent product introduction.

For increase in probability of success the service "Creation of the working model" directed to creation of system configuration jointly with specialists of Advanta Group company was ordered.

Within three working days, the consultant of Advanta Group together with the management of TsTT Ltd carried out the following tasks:

the information model of the enterprise is described; the template of the standard project is worked out; system configuration is created; training of the key user – the Deputy CEO for design is provided; in a system process of work with the entering and outgoing documents is simulated; in a system primary initial data are entered. Further implementation was performed by the staff of the enterprise independently. As a result, on the termination of the first week in a system more than 15 employees of the enterprise, including the management, chiefs of departments and specialists got to work.
