2020: Implementation of the digital platform
The NORBIT company (enters into LANIT group) completed the project on development and deployment of the digital platform of the Center of the Advancing Professional Training (CAPT) of Zabaykalsky Krai based on GPOU "Chita Polytechnical College". On October 29, 2020 LANIT reported about it.
Basic function of the platform — formation of a system of the continuous professional training of citizens conforming to standards of WorldSkills. The project is designed to create education market and to reduce unemployment rate in the region.
The platform helps to study labor market, to define the relevant professions necessary for development of economy of the region, and based on collected information to design educational programs and modules for retraining and advanced training of citizens for the purpose of their further employment. A system includes modules for check and testing of knowledge, training in offline and online formats.
The TsOPP platform assumes interaction of five parties: citizens, educational institutions, teachers, employers and responsible state structures. In Personal account each trainee receives individual recommendations and selects the program necessary for it, controls educational process, looks for vacancies and traces responses to them. Educational institutions publish information on rates, accept requests for training, create training courses and manage activity of teachers. Also the school students registered on the platform can pass professional orientation test and receive recommendations about programs. Teachers develop the digital training materials, create groups, give classes (including online), keep the electronic journal and collect ratings. Employers in Personal profile develop requirements to a rate, receive offers from educational institutions, browse profiles of potential candidates and publish vacancies. Using a system government employees create reports on training programs, results of training and to relevant professions. The platform is ready to accept more than 4 thousand users.
The information system has the customized interface, allows to unload different forms of the analytical reporting and online statistics. In a system different mechanisms of notifications and message exchange are configured.
Our task as regional operator to provide demand of professions according to requirements of the industries of regional economy and to create a long-term talent pool. The digital platform helps us to perform actions for professional orientation of citizens and provides them availability of all types of educational resources. Service of online training works at this platform that is especially relevant in time caused by a pandemic. |
The digital platform was developed within the federal project "Young Professionals", it completely conforms to requirements of import substitution. Ensuring necessary level of data protection, including personal became an important task. The platform has the high performance and scalability, is rather just integrated with external systems and services. It is convinced, emergence of such platforms in all regions of Russia — the correct step of the state in reforming of additional professional education and problem solving of unemployment and need for the personnel. |
