The Bank of Russia entrusted 2TEST technical support of means of a monitoring system of the fiber-optic communication line in all regional divisions

On August 22, 2018 company 2TEST reported that the Central bank of the Russian Federation according to the results of an open competition selected company 2TEST (Alkor-Kommyyunikeyshin LLC) as uniform technical support provider and repair of the technical means (TM) of a monitoring system of fiber lines of communication of territorial offices of bank. The geography of the contract covers all federal districts of Russia.

As it was reported, under the terms of the agreement company 2TEST undertakes to provide 24/7 operability of the CU in composition of monitoring of the fiber-optic communication line with forces of the certified service specialists, including diagnostic, scheduled maintenance, control and setup of parameters of the CU far off and with departure on an object, repair work, replacement of the failed equipment from substitution fund in case of impossibility of a fault repair, providing with necessary spare parts, accessories, tools and instrumentations, formation of recommendations about elimination of problems in work and to updating of elements of a monitoring system of the fiber-optic communication line.

According to the company, transfer to the uniform contractor of a complex of housekeeping tasks of technical means of a monitoring system of the fiber-optic communication line in all territorial subdivisions of the Bank of Russia — the systematic stage of optimization of non-core processes of bank as maintenance of IT allowing to lower costs for own customer service, to increase quality of accomplishment of technical works.
