2021: Automation of Financial Accounting

As of June 2020, after the successful implementation of the automation project of LLC CERSANIT TRADE"" on the basis, 1C:ERP the company's management turned to its partner WisaeAdvice-IT to cover financial the accounting loop and more advanced management of the company's cash.

After examining the business processes, taking into account further development plans, WiseAdvice-IT specialists recommended the software solution "1C: Holding Management" - a product of 1C, created specifically for the implementation of holdings of various sizes in management companies. The main possibility of the solution, in addition to the wide functionality in terms of treasury management, was the integration tools that allow the system to organically integrate into the decentralized IT infrastructure of the holding.

In February 2021, the companies announced the successful completion of the project, as a result of which the following functions were automated:

• Budgeting, financial planning;
• Financial analysis;
• Management accounting and cost calculation using the ABC method;
• Monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators of the enterprise;
• Data analysis and forecasting;
• Cash Management (Treasury);
• Consolidation; data
• Management accounting.

As a result of the project, a treasury management system was built. Automated accounting of cash flow, application management, creation and filling of a register of payments, with diverse analytical capabilities and a convenient notification system. 10 workplaces were automated. The risk of cash gaps was eliminated, effective control over the costs of the holding's IT infrastructure was established.
