Cetelem the Bank implemented the Basis WFM system based on Tarantool

On February 1, 2018 Cetelem Bank, the bank on the Russian consumer credit market, announced automation business processes by means of a system WFM (Work Force Management) based on DBMS Tarantool created Mail.Ru Group.

Thanks to Tarantool and to implementation of BASIS.WFM Cetelem Bank successfully automated a broad spectrum of processes, work-related the most numerous employee group — credit experts — in several thousand outlets of partners of Cetelem in 75 regions of Russia. Automation allowed to provide compliance to the labor law of the Russian Federation, control of regulations of working time taking into account combining jobs and also other aspects of business.

Cetelem selected the BASIS.WFM system based on Tarantool as it most fully corresponds to the current tasks and potential requirements of Bank. Flexible budgeting and limitation, permanent and initiative implementation by the system of the functions with a support only on concord activity of users concern the last parallel use of several types of personnel (internal personnel, parttaymer, agents).
