UNIS Labs Solutions and GVTs Russian Railway transferred the systems of Cetelem of Bank to Russia

Cetelem the Bank and UNIS Labs Solutions company in partnership with JSC "Russian Railways" implemented in the spring of 2016 the project of migration of information technology systems of Bank to Russia. The project team less than in a year managed to perform preparation and deployment of technical solution with switching of systems and the organization of their full maintenance.

To execution of works regarding the applications functioning on the IBM System Z platform (a credit back office, call center, operational CRM, etc.), based on the carried-out competitive purchase the UNIS Labs Solutions company having competences in the industrial computing IBM platforms was attracted. The specified platforms are the corporate standard of one of participants of Bank, the BNP Paribas group, on their base the IT landscape of Bank is constructed. In addition to examination, the UNIS Labs Solutions company in partnership with Major computer center of JSC "Russian Railways" offered to Bank terms on placement and maintenance of the transferable systems and also on carrying out unique on the complexity and terms of migration works with the subsequent switching of systems and the organization of their full maintenance in mode 24х7.

During the course of performance works as the international project team consisting of the staff of UNIS Labs Solutions and specialists of Major computer center of JSC "Russian Railways" in close interaction with specialists of Bank and experts from IBM and BNP Paribas, were performed:

• Adaptation of the selected infrastructure of JSC "Russian Railways" on the IBM System z platform on the main and reserve hosting platforms for a complex of Bank. Ensuring complete duplication of all elements of a complex and communication channels, the organization of synchronous replication of data and the automated migration on the reserve platform and back without loss data;
• Installation and setup more than 30 software products functioning in the environment of z/OS, including IBM CICS Transaction Server, DB2, Omegamon, CA Technlogies CA7, Serena Changeman, etc.;
• Works on data transfer, user applications, the organization of functional and user testing, including adaptation of the software and performing procedures on backup and recovery;
• The organization of service of the round-the-clock support and operation of the postponed systems and applications functioning in interaction with an IT command of Bank with the maximum recovery time of 4 hours.
