Chamber of rural settlements of the Rostov region (Delo-Web)

All rural settlements of the Rostov region will become users of the CASE system, development of Electronic Office Systems (EOS) company in the nearest future. During preparation the partner of EOS Group – the SPC Cosmos 2 LLC company acquainted representatives of rural administrations with opportunities of EDMS "DELO".

On June 26, 2012 in the Kagalnitsky region of the Rostov region the meeting of Chamber of rural settlements organized by the Council of Municipal Entities of the Rostov Region (CMERR) took place. At a meeting there were chapters of 38 administrations of rural settlements of area – participants of Chamber of rural settlements.

By the invitation of the chief executive of SMORO Lyakhov Victor Pavlovich at a meeting there were representatives of SPC Cosmos 2 LLC (the partner of EOS Group) headed by the director Tokareva Svetlana Mikhaelovna. In the performance Svetlana Mikhaelovna told about the tasks solved by SPC Cosmos 2 for automation of different fields of activity of executive authorities including for administrations of rural settlements. Due to the connection of all rural settlements to an interdepartmental electronic document management system planned in the current year and office-works (further – a system Case) special attention was paid to rendering technical support services of a system Case. Client places of "DELO-WEB" will be set to rural settlements. The staff of SPC Cosmos 2 gave information on an exit versions 12.0 and its opportunities and also about other developments of Electronic Office Systems company: mobile solutions and eDocLib ESM-system. Besides, AS "Management of municipal property", AS UIGMI-Rosreestr, the module of interaction of AS of Citizens appeal (SPC Cosmos 2 LLC developer) and EDMS "DELO" were provided. Information attracted great interest of participants of the meeting and a spirit on further cooperation.
