The vendor of the SoftPages.Ru CRM systems completed solution development on a basis "Klient-Communicator: Business management" under the order for the Hameleon company which is engaged in production, sale and installation of stretch ceilings.

The direct curator of the project, the CEO of SoftPages.Ru company Eselevich Andrey tells:

"As we organized a full stroke of works:

  1. Work with construction companies, repair crews, search of end consumers
  2. Purchase of materials of component parts for production
  3. Production of a product
  4. Rendering service in installation of a ceiling

The decision to use Business management version which allows to automate everything available for us business processes was made. But realizing that at once to make everything most likely not to turn out, we decided to automate, at the first stage, the blocks relating, first of all, to customer interaction, and already then production.

The first:

We separated all Partners (clients) on our managers and types: 1. Dealer, 2. Foreman, 3. End consumer or 4. Reseller.

The second:

Now on each Partner we conduct another story, and having come into his card, it is possible to look at the history of interaction with it. When he for the first time addressed on what advertizing, who his manager when the ceiling and whom was set.

Now we have a separate display mode of orders for each of employee groups:

  1. The magazine of measurements – for measurers
  2. The magazine of installation – for assemblers
  3. The magazine of shipment – for couriers

And of course, everyone sees only what he can see according to the rights. And the Managers appointing tasks to Measurers or to Assemblers see all tasks to have an operational picture and understand for what time they can appoint tasks and on what is not present.

The third:

We implemented functionality of creation of agreements from a system. In each agreement we reflect information:

  1. Marketing initiative: from where to us the client came - it is advertizing, activity of the manager, or there can be an activity of our partner. On each marketing initiative the number of agreements, their amount and profitability is considered.
  2. If it is our partner, i.e. the link to it with indication of a partner discount, and on completion of works on the agreement, a system automatically considers its award. This award is reflected in the special section Finance together with other Income and Expenses
  3. A system, depending on approach of this or that stage, creates automatic tasks reminders to the employees about need of accomplishment of these or those actions, such as: "Create the Order" - to the production director or "Installation of a ceiling" - to the responsible assembler, "Delivery of a ceiling" - to the courier, etc.
  4. Agreements are separated on Types (client, dealer, into rendering services). To payment terms (Prepayment, post-payment, monthly payments), Payment method (Cash, Clearing settlement), etc.
  5. Under each agreement Claims are conducted (Complaints, wishes, offers) in which the message of the client is reflected. On what element it is received, for example, the Complaint on the ceiling, or installation process, or on one of employees participating in process, etc. At each claim is responsible for its solution and term of the solution. There is an opportunity to attach files (photo) received from the client.

Of course, we are not satisfied with what has already been achieved and we are going to pass to a stage of planning and conducting all production process including with reflection of stock balance and expenses on suppliers."
