Modernization of ASKTU TGM

The observability of accounting for energy resources of the Cheboksary CHPP-2 is growing. This was announced by NPF Krug on August 23, 2021.

Timely updating of the software of the accounting systems of Cheboksary CHPP-2 gives excellent opportunities in increasing the efficiency and convenience of the operational personnel of the station.

Cheboksary CHPP-2 is part of the T Plus Branch of Mari El and Chuvashia, is a heat source for half of the city of Cheboksary, the largest energy enterprise that provides reliable and uninterrupted operation of city enterprises, part of the social infrastructure of the capital of Chuvashia. The installed electric capacity is 460 MW. Installed thermal capacity - 1329 Gcal/h.

Work was carried out to modernize the automated system of commercial and technical accounting of coolant, gas and fuel oil (ASKTU TGM) of Cheboksary CHPP-2, made on the basis of the KRUK-2000 software and technical complex (PTC KRUK-2000).

The used Web-Control software from the updated version of the KRUK-2000 SCADA system allows you to work with all current browsers, provides users with the ability to view mnemonic diagrams, printed documents, message protocol (rolling) subscribers of KRUK-2000 systems using a standard Web-browser.

Work on making changes to the system was carried out without loss data and without stopping ASKTU TGM.

ASKTU TGM is part of the automated system of commercial and technical accounting of energy carriers (ASKTUE) of Cheboksary CHP-2.

ASKTUE of Cheboksary CHPP-2 is designed for automated commercial and technical accounting of natural gas and fuel oil consumption, as well as operational control of heat energy supply with network water and steam to both external consumers and Cheboksary CHPP-2 as a whole.

Modernization of ASKTU TGM

The company NPF Krug on January 13, 2021 announced the modernization of the automated system of commercial and technical accounting of coolant, gas and fuel oil (ASKTU TGM) of Cheboksary CHPP-2.

Cheboksary CHPP-2 is a heat source for half of the city of Cheboksary, an energy enterprise that provides reliable and uninterrupted operation of city enterprises, part of the social infrastructure of the capital of Chuvashia.

As of January 2021, the installed electric capacity is 460 MW. Installed thermal capacity - 1329 Gcal/h.

ASKTU TGM of Cheboksary CHPP-2 was put into operation in 2007 on the basis of the software and technical complex CIRCLE-2000 and is intended for automated commercial and technical energy accounting.

Operational control is carried out over the consumption of natural gas and the release of thermal energy with network water and steam to both individual external consumers and Cheboksary CHPP-2 as a whole.

ASKTU TGM is part of the automated system of commercial and technical accounting of energy carriers (ASKTUE) of Cheboksary CHP-2. The work was carried out by KRUK specialists together with CHTEC-2 employees:

  • connected to ASKTU TGM of heat calculators Logic SPT-961.2 (8 pcs)
  • The human-machine interface of the system has been upgraded
  • Streamlined existing and newly developed reporting documents.

Work on making changes to the system was carried out without loss data and without stopping ASKTU TGM.

2019: Modernization of the automated system of commercial and technical accounting of coolant, gas and fuel oil

On September 2, 2019, Krug announced that the economic efficiency of production of Cheboksary CHPP-2 is growing due to well-established accounting for energy resources. In 2019, work was carried out to modernize the automated system of commercial and technical accounting of coolant, gas and fuel oil (ASKTU TGM) in connection with the completion of the life of the system equipment.

Cheboksary CHPP-2 (part of PJSC T Plus) is a heat source for half of the city of Cheboksary, the largest energy enterprise that provides reliable and uninterrupted operation of city enterprises, part of the social infrastructure of the capital of Chuvashia. The installed electric capacity for September 2019 is 460 MW, the thermal capacity is 1329 Gcal/h.

ASKTU TGM of Cheboksary CHPP-2 was put into operation on the basis of the KRUK-2000 software and technical complex (PTK KRUK-2000). The system is designed for automated commercial and technical accounting of natural gas and fuel oil consumption, as well as operational control of heat energy supply with mains water and steam to both external consumers and Cheboksary CHPP-2 as a whole.

As part of the modernization of the accounting system by KRUG, together with CHP employees server , the equipment and automated workplaces (AWS) of ASKTU TGM operators were replaced. You have migrated to the updated version v software SCADA KRUK-2000 4.2.

Work on replacement of equipment ON and performed as soon as possible without loss data and without stopping ASKTU TGM.
