2020: Establishment of a project management system and concession agreements

As part of the project, a system has been created to manage heat supply scheme projects, concession agreements and IT projects based on the ADVANTA platform.

Project Objective

Organize the management of an increased number of investment projects for the modernization of heating networks and thermal power plants, the construction of renewable energy sources without increasing the number of human resources.

Having analyzed the market for software products for project and project program management, we found that only the Advanta system meets our requirements. And having met the development company closer, we made sure that it not only develops its product, but also seriously deals with theoretical issues of project activity, which, I hope, guarantees the emergence of innovative methods of project and program management in this software product much earlier than in competitors.

PJSC T Plus is a very large holding company, whose portfolio includes various projects - from the construction of solar power plants to the reconstruction of thermal units. It was possible to transfer the system configuration methodology to the company specialists. In the immediate plans of our company - to introduce the Advant system into the work of contractors and consolidate in it all organizational and IT projects of the holding, as well as to move to the level of planning and control of operations on site (approach LastPlanner). I am sure that these steps will increase the transparency of business processes and the manageability of the company, have operational information about the current state of projects, effectively manage the entire portfolio of projects and significantly bring the implementation of large-scale strategic goals of the company closer.
