The Chechen state university automates work of selection committee

Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" completed an implementation project of industry solution "BIT: Management of university 8" at the Chechen state university, the company reported on April 5, 2013.

Start

Earlier for accounting in organization the program of own development which did not provide all requirements of university was used. Many transactions had to be executed manually that was labor-consuming.

Behind problem solving the management of university addressed to the company "1C: The first BIT" which specialists recommended to use the specialized solution "BIT: Selection committee 8", developed on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform and the most corresponding to requirements of organization.

Job

During the project 1C specialists: The first BIT performed tuning and adaptation of a system under needs of the customer, provided user training and also made integration of the program with FIS USE: from the BIT system: Management of university all required data were completely automatically created and unloaded. In total 20 jobs are automated.

Result

It was succeeded to optimize work of the selection committee of organization which is annually processing about 8 thousand statements of entrants on entering a higher education institution. Processes of data recording of entrants, formations of lists of the allowed to entrance examinations, examination sheets, the plan of acceptance, lists enlisted of the order on transfer, the reporting according to the results of work, etc. are completely automated. Operational data transmission from ChGU in FIS USE is organized. The quantity of manual work is minimized, employee performance increased. Reports for the management form in the online mode.
