Implementation "1C is complete: Management of construction organization 8" in Chelyabenergosetstroy LLC.

Chelyabenergosetstroy LLC is one of leaders of the region in the field of construction and installation of the electric networks and postantion of 0.4-220 kV. In February, 2008 the management makes the decision on implementation of an end-to-end system of automation based on "1C: Management of construction organization 8". As the partner in implementation and support of a software package the 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) was selected. Reliability, efficiency, the leading positions in the market, experience of successful implementations of software products at the enterprises of the construction industry, and also presence at the company of the certificate of a quality management system of ISO 9001:2000 became the criteria which defined the choice of this company.

The first stage of implementation is at the moment completed and the following subsystems are implemented:

• Accounting and tax accounting;
• Management of settlement;
• Cash management;
• Inventory management;
• Personnel management;
• Payroll calculation;
• Settlings with advance holders;
• Accounting of overalls.

Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade project department executed creation of an end-to-end control example on the basis of which user training was provided. Data transfer was in parallel executed of the information system which was earlier used at the enterprise. After the carried-out works and training a system was started at first in test, and then and in commercial operation.

Now a first line support of users on the implemented subsystems and also automation of a problem of vendor interaction, purchase planning and budgeting is executed.
