Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant (DocsVision (EDMS/ECM system))

The project was begun due to the need of quality improvement of management on large enterprise. Argument for benefit of the choice of Docsvision for the solution of the current tasks was the fact that a system provides necessary functionality for acceptable cost, an opportunity to work through the Easy client or the Navigator (depending on functionality and the user's tasks), and the partner company of implementation of HIT-Service has polzhitelny experience of system implementation.

Within the project the following processes are automated:

• Preparation and approval of Orders, Orders, Protocols, other administrative documents;
• Processing of correspondence and memos;
• Preparation, approval and agreement signature and other contractual documents;
• Processing of requests in IT service of the enterprise;
• Control of execution of instructions.

The possibility of parallel operation of users both in the Easy Client, and in the Navigator (at their choice), special jobs for deloproizoditel, the top managers and employees responsible for control of performing discipline is implemented.
