Chelyabinsk regional medical information and analytical center (TrueConf Server)

budgetary institution of health care of Chelyabinsky oblastnoy meditsinsky informatsionno-analitichesky center (GBUZ Chomiats) – the budgetary institution of health care of special type which is logging in health care of the Russian Federation. The field of activity of the center includes the analysis and leading of medical statistics, information support of executive authorities, project implementation in such areas as telemedicine, education for adults and the other types of education which are not included in other groupings (regarding training of computer literacy of medics and to working methods in medical information systems of specialists in information and communication technologies of health facilities of Chelyabinsk region).

The video conferencing in GBUZ Chomiats is designed to provide group video conferences with a possibility of demonstration and simultaneous editing images, including on channels with low capacity. Based on the server of video conferences TrueConf Server GBUZ Chomiats holds telemedicine consultations in real time and achieved the following results:
