The CCI Chemical plant No. 5 equips with engineering infrastructure the production premises

The LanKey company built the structured cable network and a power supply system in new production premises for CCI Himzavod № 5 LLC, the company in the corporate blog reported on January 30, 2013.

Tasks

Due to the active increase in production before the management of CCI Himzavod № 5 LLC there was a task of expansion of production areas. For a full-fledged work of new premises it was required to mount SCS (structured cabling system) and to install a reliable and safe power supply system.

Start of premises in operation is planned until the end of 2012.

Solution

Specialists of LanKey carried out works with observance of security measures as voltage on an object reached 380 V. Ustanovlena of SCS and the power supply system is mounted. Connection of electric sockets of 220 and 380 V and also low-current computer sockets for the organization of jobs is performed. The switching center is organized. After installation of a cable system it was tested the field cable analyzer not below the 3rd level of accuracy on a network class of D, according to international standard ISO/IEC 11801 3-th ed. On completion of installation of an electrical cable system the test using the certified electrolaboratory is carried out.

Result

LanKey integrator installed all systems in time, without departing from the project and technical specifications. The staff of CCI Himzavod № 5 LLC got to work according to the plan, new production is brought into operation before New Year's holidays. Based on testing of cable systems, results of testing, protocols of electric tests are reported to the customer.
