2017: Introduction of Talarix Meat Processing Plant

The owners of JSC Cherepovets Meat Processing Plant set themselves ambitious goals: to increase the manageability of processes in production. However, these tasks are almost impossible to solve without automation. As a software product, a complex industry solution TALARIX was chosen: Meat processing plant on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.

As a result of the project, the customer trained his personnel and automated all the main processes in the enterprise:

• Procurement and slaughter of livestock;
• Preparation of raw materials;
• Sales for main and other activities;
• Multi-transfer production of semi-finished products, sausages and delicacies, as well as the movement of raw materials and materials in production;
• Procurement of raw materials, materials and services;
• Warehouse accounting and movement of raw materials within the enterprise;
• Accounting and movement of raw materials for third-party processing;
• Accounting on the refrigerator and calculation of natural loss;
• Settlements with counterparties, as well as the management of receivables and payables;
• Cash management;
• Cost calculation and enterprise cost accounting.
