Chudoslavskiye trading company (Run-Retail of Run 2010)

By shopping Mall Chudoslavskiye it was created in December, 2009 based on shops of General store and DISTRICT CONSUMERS SOCIETY in localities of the Arkhangelsk region. At first we worked by the settled principles of cooperatives in the villages of the USSR: used exclusively amount-based accounting, at the central office we used 1C.

Further we made the decision on need of fast automation and setting business of processes of centralized operation by Retail network, however faced a number of problems. The programs considered by us (and we began with 1C as already we had it) could not solve these problems! Our countertop shops small (with a maximum area up to 70 sq.m.) - to install the necessary equipment for automation it is problematic. Sellers are elderly residents of settlements, accounting and the computer for which – words often new. Shops are from each other deleted up to 200 kilometers. The fixed communication in shops completely is absent. Besides, we needed result of automation quickly and cheap.

To us advised to address to St. Petersburg, to Run-Retail company, recommended, as well as a team of specialists, and the Run2010 program. First, having browsed Run2010 and having communicated to experts and programmers from St. Petersburg, we doubted – and whether such big complex for automation is necessary to us, can there will be enough places for introduction of delivery notes and all? And implementation of such system as we heard, can occupy a progressive tense and require serious costs. However we were surprised, the fact that jointly at a stage of the choice of the program we defined processes of "To-be" and perspective of real development for the next several years, created the long-term plan of works of automation. Joint implementation of Run2010 at the end of 2010 at office and several shops went quickly and practically without problems, our system administrator started further shops independently. It was pleasant to us that on the one hand, the program was configured according to our requirements, and on the other hand, at the expense of Run2010 opportunities we with small costs created at ourselves network with modern management.

At the moment our network includes about 40 shops in the cities and settlements the Arkhangelsk and Vologda regions, a warehouse complex and office in Velsk. All shops of countertop trade, in shops one workplace of the seller allowing to conduct fully sales, to carry out analyses of sales in several cuts is set, has functions for orders of goods and goods acceptance from the supplier, an opportunity to print price labels (though for some shops price labels can be printed at office). Everything is very compact and hidden under a counter, scales are connected to the cash program, the interface simple and quickly mastered. One or twice a day on GPRS (from different telecom operators) the shop and office communicate. All account according to primary documents is kept at office. Thus, we have sales informations for the analysis and a centrozakaz to the day, and closing of day with zero regrading happens to a delay in 2-4 days. Considering remoteness of shops, we consider it excellent result! We have not personified discount cards of buyers which we use for small wholesale clients of network.

In 2013 within maintenance we expect global updating of the module of the seller used in shop from Run-Retail: we need to have an opportunity to make the simplest transactions (creation, input, printing and so forth) with primary documents in the shop, and already to keep account at office.

Based on work of 2010 our retail network of Chudoslavskiye Trading Company LLC became the gold medallist in the Successful Start nomination and the silver prize-winner in the Trade nomination in the tender "The Best Entrepreneur of Year" across the Arkhangelsk region!
