The automated system, which we introduced at the beginning of 2022 at the central warehouse at the Chusovoy plant, helped us to reach a different level of organization of warehouse processes - to eliminate employee errors when picking orders and speed up the process of sending them to customers. By the end of the year, the concept of a "smart warehouse" was implemented in all 16 separate divisions located in the Central, Volga, Southern, Ural and Siberian federal districts. This made interaction with our customers as convenient and mutually beneficial as possible.
