Development and the unified information system of accounting and tax accounting on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform

Main objective of the project was creation of the unified information system of accounting and tax accounting on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform for use of IDGC of Volga Branch of JSC by all production divisions - Chuvashenergo. The model of accounting of this system completely corresponds to account policy of superior organization JSC IDGC of Volga.

The project on automation of accounting and tax accounting based on the modern ERP solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" was completed by specialists of PKF Best Soft LLC for 4 months before the planned term.

At implementation of an automated system in IDGC of Volga Branch of JSC - Chuvashenergo along with automation of standard sections of accounting implemented features of setting of accounting in the power network companies on the following subsystems:

• Fixed asset accounting (allocation of costs of OKSA, overhead allocation),
• Contract management (control automation by a contracted work and accounting of economic agreements according to "Regulations on an order of conducting contract work in branches of JSC "IDGC of Volga"),
• The investment management (regulations on investment activities of branches of JSC "IDGC — Volga", "The standard of the organization of process of formation of investment programs of branches of JSC "IDGC — Volga" are regulated by documents "),
• Purchase management (according to procedures during the forming, a statement and execution of the annual comprehensive program of purchases of the organization),
• Budgeting (subsystem of business planning, financial analysis and budgeting, management accounting).
