2008: Product introduction of Hint and Factor
In July, 2008 the HFLabs company implemented Hints and Factor in Citibank.
According to the company, Factor helps bank to hand over the reporting in DIA. A system automatically corrects and standardizes overwhelming number of the addresses. The others are transferred to manual check by date stewards.
