Start of e-document flow

On April 3, 2020 SKB Kontur announced start of electronic document management in Citilink company. "Kontur.Diadok" will help electronic discounter to refuse paper at exchange of documents with partners. By estimates Citilink, upon transition of all partners to electronic document management (e-document flow) economy will make up to 23 tons of paper a year.

At the first stage of implementation in e-document flow partners Citilink can send and receive the formalized documents, including the universal transfer documents (UTD). Users will be able to browse printed form of documents, to sign or refuse the signature, to send documents for approval in the company, to cancel signed documents.

In the nearest future there will be an exchange of adjustment documents.

At the second stage of a possibility of e-document flow still will extend: Citilink will be able to exchange with partners unformalized documents, for example, delivery agreements and reconciliation statements.

Transition to e-document flow with the company for partners free. This opportunity is given at will and made out at the personal manager. Our more than 300 partners already confirmed intention to pass to e-document flow. Besides, many welcome careful attitude to natural resources. By our estimates, the EDMS will allow to reduce paper consumption only for the first year of implementation by 4 tons. If all partners pass to e-document flow, it will help to save about 23 tons of paper a year,

Beginning of implementation of Kontur.Diadok

On January 27, 2020 Citilink announced the beginning of system implementation of electronic document management (e-document flow) for work with partners. The electronic discounter was connected to e-document flow through the SKB Kontur operator accredited by Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation.

System implementation of Kontur.Diadok optimizes partner interaction and will expand for them the accessibility to documents in convenient time. Also transition to electronic documents will allow to reduce costs for document flow due to decrease in a postage.

In the EDMS partners Citilink can send and receive legally significant electronic documents, including the universal transfer documents (UTD) in the formalized type. In service it is possible to browse printed form of documents, to sign or refuse the signature, to cancel signed documents.

In the nearest future options of exchange of adjustment documents about Citilink will be configured. The second stage of the project will expand possibilities of e-document flow: the parties will be able to exchange unformalized documents, for example, delivery agreements and reconciliation statements.
