2024: Integration of intercoms into the municipal automated system of centralized public notification

"Rostelecom" together with the Department of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the administration and the unified duty dispatch service (EDDS) of Noyabrsk implemented a pilot project to integrate intercoms of apartment buildings into the municipal automated system of centralized notification of the population (MASCO). Specialists have introduced a special module into the input devices, which allows you to transmit sound signals from the EDDS control center to the apartments of residents.

The development was tested in a high-rise building at 106 Sovetskaya Street. If necessary, intercoms will allow you to quickly inform residents about the threat of emergency incidents, as well as, if they occur, remotely unlock the door locking mechanisms in public areas. This will ensure unhindered entry and exit from the entrance for residents of the house and representatives of emergency services.
