The city administration Ivanteyevka automates processing of citizens' appeals by means of the portal and EDMS on the DocsVision platform

The system integrator SPC Intelkom LLC performed development of the web portal and system implementation of electronic document management of Docsvision in City administration Ivanteyevka, the press service of integrator reported on December 4, 2012.

Implementation

The project proceeded about three months. Specialists of SPC Intelkom LLC carried out works on automation of all main business processes and traditional document flow, control of tasks and reports on their execution.

At system implementation much attention was paid to process automation of processing of citizens' appeals. Using Docsvision there is a registration of addresses, imposing of the resolution, preparation and approval of the answer. A system also ensures operational work with internal documents, control of processes of preparation and approval of Resolutions and Orders of the Mayor, approvals of agreements — also fan mailing of the signed copies by everything to participants of approval is configured.

Result

The company "SPC Intelkom developed the module of the reports conforming to requirements of the Government decree of the Moscow region No. 13/2 of 1/28/2002.

According to information of the contractor, more than 70 jobs of users are automated. The expected volume of the documents passing through a system — 9 thousand units a year.
