The solution is intended for automation of work of office, the sector of processing of legal acts and the sector of a citizens' appeal. Synchronization of the reference book of employees with Microsoft Active Directory and also additional setup of the universal reference book and reference books of types and categories is made for ensuring compliance to the requirement of Administration for the nomenclature of the stored documents. Report forms are developed, setup of representations is made.

Using DocsVision step-by-step automation of the following business processes is planned:

• registration and control of execution of the entering documentation;
• registration and monitoring of execution of legal acts (drafts of resolutions, orders and solutions);
• registration of agreements, agreements;
• registration of oral and written citizens' appeals and control of execution of considerations.
