The city administration of Gukovo of the Rostov region implemented "Farvater-ISOGD"

October 09, 2015. The city administration of Gukovo of the Rostov region announced project implementations on implementation of the Information System of Ensuring Town-planning Activity (ISETPA) based on Docsvision 5 in Internet-Frigate company.

In 2015 the Internet-Frigate company implemented the project on implementation in Administration of Gukovo of the solution "Information System of Ensuring Town-planning Activity (Farvater-ISOGD)" based on Docsvision 5.3. The department of architecture, advance planning and development of the city of Gukovo expressed gratitude to developers of Internet-Frigate company for operational and high-quality work. A system provides the automated maintaining ISOGD in the type determined by the current legislation and also complex automation of technology processes of department.

The first version of the solution was developed by Internet-Frigate company in 2008 and implemented in Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the city of Rostov-on-Don. ISOGD is intended for the systematized maintaining registers of town-planning documentation, for operational providing information to interested persons (investors, builders and structural divisions of Administration). A system accelerates implementation process of the municipal program of provision of services in electronic form, reduces terms of preparation of documents for a design of the rights to a real estate.

Within the contract the department of architecture is connected to the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction (SIEI) that allows to fulfill the requirements of Federal law No. 210-FZ when providing public services and the decree of the president 601 "About the main directions of improvement of a system of public administration". Within works interaction on SIEI channels with the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction of Federal service of Rosreestr is configured. Important feature of the solution "Farvater-ISOGD" - existence of the tool for work with interactive maps of the municipal entity. In Farvater-ISOGD the cartographic server which allows to work with the card to all users of ISOGD is built-in, without purchasing for this purpose additional licenses for GIS program. Is introduced into a basic set of cards, including, and the public cadastral map provided by Rosreestr. Within the contract the department of architecture is connected to the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.
