On February 29, 2016 the Technologies of the Future company announced an implementation project of an e-queue system in clinical hospital No. 11 (Khabarovsk) of the city of Khabarovsk[1].
Project Results
The Technologies of the Future company installed an e-queue system on a technology platform of NEURONIQ.
Use of a hardware and software system helped to organize process of the appeal of patients to registry, to liquidate queues, to reduce influence of stressful factors, to increase control from administration of service quality, to optimize and accelerate passing of flows of visitors.
System implementation increased comfort level for patients and personnel.
On computers of staff of registry automated workplaces of operators of an electronic queue are set that gave the chance of detailed accounting of work on indicators of intensity of a flow, service rates, etc.
