2026: Optimizing Online Shopping
Infrastructure supplier cloudy ActiveCloud CSF web studio and implemented a project for migration and comprehensive optimization online store of the UPS-MAG.ru of the group of companies "." As Range part of the project, the web system based on was 1C-Bitrix transferred to the ActiveCloud cloud infrastructure, a deep technical audit was carried out, optimization server and application logic were performed. As a result, we managed to eliminate critical malfunctions in the site, increase its availability to 99.4% and speed up the generation of the product card by more than 10 times - from 20 + seconds to 1.5 seconds.
Spectrum Group has been operating on the market since 2009 and specializes in the supply of electrical equipment, guaranteed and uninterrupted power supply systems, embedded computer solutions and hardware and software systems. -The Internet UPS-MAG.ru store is an important b2b sales channel for the company and serves customers throughout the territory. of the Russian Federation Orders are formed through the digital platform, work with partners is carried out, uploads are generated for Marketplaces and the product catalog is constantly updated.
By the time the project started, the site was functioning unstable. The customer regularly encountered a slowdown in the work of pages, various malfunctions in the work of the site, difficulties in indexing by search engines and an increased load from external automated services requesting site data. Additional difficulties were created by incorrectly working caching mechanisms, an outdated version of 1C-Bitrix, redundant modules from the marketplace and the lack of a transparent tool for controlling the disposal of server resources. The project was hosted on third-party shared hosting, which did not guarantee the performance and isolation of computing power. As a result, any peak increase in load caused the site to crash and fall.
To determine the development strategy, the official ActiveCloud partner performed a comprehensive technical audit. Experts analyzed the results of Bitrix testing, the speed of generating key pages, the structure of info blocks, templates and custom logic, the state of the database, as well as the implementation of AJAX mechanics (Asynchronous JavaScript and XML, a technology that allows you to update data on a web page without completely rebooting it) and non-cached elements. Special attention was paid to analyzing the server environment and identifying bottlenecks that affect performance. As a result of the audit, a priority roadmap was formed aimed at normalizing all aspects of the functioning of the web system - from infrastructure to applied logic.
The best solution was to migrate the project to the ActiveCloud cloud infrastructure with the deployment of a specialized BitrixVM environment and the connection of the Zabbix monitoring system. The choice was made in favor of hosting CloudServer. This cloud solution provided the required performance and was comparable in cost to VPS (Virtual Private Server). The cloud model made it possible to allocate guaranteed CPU and RAM resources, ensure scalability and implement constant load control in real time.
ActiveCloud migrated with a partner. ActiveCloud engineers deployed the test environment, converted the databases for migration, performed an initial project migration, and performed a series of debugging efforts. After the final pre-synchronization of the database and file storage, a seamless transition to a new site was made. Within 30 calendar days, resources were provided to the customer free of charge during the migration period.
After starting the project in the production environment, the stage of deep optimization began. Correct caching mechanisms were restored, sections of slow logic in high-load scenarios were redesigned, third-party modules were cleaned and audited, version 1C-Bitrix was updated and the database was optimized. In parallel, the specialists set up automatic backups, organized monitoring of resource utilization and eliminated accumulated errors that affect system stability. The exit to a stably functioning configuration took about three months of intensive work.
As a result, the online store switched from emergency response mode to predictable operational mode. Critical server errors have been completely eliminated, stable generation of downloads for marketplaces and correct indexing by search engines are provided. The performance of key pages has increased in multiples, which directly affected the user experience and internal processes of employees.
For any 1C-Bitrix project, the foundation of stability is a correctly selected infrastructure and transparent control of resource utilization. In this case, we have consistently gone from audit to full normalization of the server and application layers. The transfer to the ActiveCloud cloud made it possible to provide guaranteed resources, implement monitoring and move to system optimization. Today the project is working stably and is developing as planned, - commented Alena Kirilenko, leading specialist in the sale of ActiveCloud.
We have been working with ActiveCloud for almost 10 years and have a good understanding of each other's infrastructure capabilities. It was important for the client to get a reliable site and operational engineering support. Within the framework of the project, we managed to jointly build a stable architecture and achieve predictable performance, "said Evgeny Prupas, CSF Project Manager.
Our online store is an important sales channel for the company, through which we work with partners and customers throughout the country. Failures in its operation can directly affect business indicators, which is unacceptable for us. With ActiveCloud and CSF working together, we didn't just fix the technical issues - we got a stable, fast and predictable tool. In March 202, the product card is loaded in 1.5 seconds instead of 20, and the availability of the site reached 99.4%, which is very important for uninterrupted work with customers, - commented Alexander Bulankov, head of the guaranteed power supply department of Spektr Group of Companies.
In the future, the team will focus on the development of the project: optimizing the logic of selecting analogues of goods, introducing dynamic methods for loading graphics, finalizing user scenarios and improving the safety of processing conversion forms. The project develops according to the sprint model, with an emphasis on performance, stability and systematic scaling.
For March 2026, the team focused on the further development of the project. The site began to develop steadily in sprints, with an emphasis on performance, stability and systematic scaling. The joint work of ActiveCloud and CSF showed that the synergy of expertise allows you to systematically restart the infrastructure, taking the project to a new level. Partners have gone from emergency mode to stable operation - without stopping the business and with minimal risks. ActiveCloud provided power and resilience, CSF - depth of analysis and optimization. Together they created an architecture ready for future growth.
