Cloud Computing passed to electronic document management

Cloud Computing generates thousands of primary documents every month, including agreements, acts, invoices, etc. The company thought of use of e-document flow already for a long time, however this process was delayed by non-obligation of transition to electronic document management for partners. Nevertheless, Cloud Computing set a goal to convince all clients and partners of convenience of this tool and to refuse completely an old method.

Partners of the company were connected to one of three special operators: GSI, Taxcom and SKB Kontur therefore it was decided to create accounts in all these systems at the expense of what an opportunity to work in usual interfaces remained. E-document flow for clients and partners is absolutely in all respects better paper: instant speed of obtaining documents, automatic loading in an accounting system, safety of storage, electronic confirmation, free cabinets, lack of expenses on office, a possibility of remote work of accountants and return of "copies of the supplier", free for buyers. For Oblakoteki it is also not less advantages: preparation, printing, a complete set and mail sending a large number of documents make a noticeable part of the total cost of service up to 10% for inexpensive tariff plans of direct expenses, apart from work of employees. Thus, disposal of paper document flow, including, Oblakoteke helps to constrain the prices of the services.
