The arrear management system of Tieto becomes the main solution in work of the collection agency "Klever"

In July, 2015 the Tieto Rus LLC company implemented for the collection Clover agency the project on system implementation of management of the arrears (Tiyeto SUPZ) providing an opportunity for work on debt collection in all territory of Russia and the CIS countries.

In the delivered solution which is own development of Tieto company all stages on reclamation of arrears are automated.

For the organization of work at a pre-judicial stage Tiyeto's integration by SUPZ into the telecommunication platform of production of Avaya company for contact centers is provided.

One of advantages of the complete solution is use of the module of Tiyeto OCM (The module of the outgoing call-down) allowing to apply modern approaches within outgoing interaction: automatic, semi-automatic and manual modes of dialing. The implemented predictive algorithm of dialing allows to perform up to 100 thousand outgoing calls per hour.

In addition to the automated pre-judicial stage at which the main tools of modern contact center are involved in SUPZ the work at stages of judicial and enforcement proceeding allowing to process over 15 thousand orders a month is most implemented.

The technological effectiveness of the solution provides the necessary performance and efficiency, considers regularly increasing amounts of the portfolios which are in work of the collection agency.
