In the Zarechnaya Coal company the project on implementation of the multifunction information management system started

On September 27, 2011 in the Zarechnaya Coal company the first working meeting devoted to the beginning of implementation in holding of a multifunction resource management system of the enterprise (ERP) based on Microsoft Dynamics AX, before Microsoft Axapta took place.

During the meeting the joint working group of UK "Zarechnaya" and NORBIT company which became the winner in tender on integration of a new system at the enterprises of the company was created.

Implementation of AH at the coal enterprises of holding where today work is conducted on the 1C Platform will be a task of the working group.

Integration of a new system will be performed step by step and will last up to 2013. At the 1st stage, until the end of December of the current year, diagnostics of the existing forms of the reporting and accounting and also approval of an architectural concept for the extracting and supporting divisions of UK will be performed. Along with system implementation large-scale IT retrofitting at all enterprises of Zarechnaya will be performed.

The solution to pass to the new platform and to implement a full-fledged ERP system, it is accepted to unify due to the need all accounting and management reporting of the enterprises, to achieve simplicity and efficiency of obtaining financial and economic data. A system covers many fields of company management: distribution, supply chains, finance, accounting and tax accounting, management reporting.
