2019: Automation of BDDS evidence collection and payment control

The goal of the project is to automate the process of collecting actual data on the cash flow budget (BDDS) for the Comfort City management company.

Project Tasks:

• 1. Reduced staff time for finance management to handle the increasing volume of operations without additional recruitment
• 2. Control consumption limits on payment requests
• 3. Elimination of duplicate functionality of employees
• 4. Prompt receipt of BDDS fact data, comparison of planned and actual BDDS data
• 5. Improved quality of information for management decision-making

Modifications "1C: Management of Holding 8," implemented as part of the project:

• 1. Analytics Payment Detail Subsystem Developed - Payment Reporting Workplace in Actual Budgeting Data
• 2. Gift Certificate Accounting Subsystem Developed - Gift Certificate Accounting and Distribution Workplace in Actual Budgeting Data
• 3. The subsystem for accounting of adjustments and netting acts in actual budgeting data has been developed
• 4. A subsystem for approval of payment requests and control of budget limits for applications has been developed
• 5. A subsystem of integration with the solution has been developed: 1C Accounting in management companies, HOUSING AND PUBLIC UTILITIES HOA and LGC - creating a single information space in terms of NSI information systems and ensuring the possibility of automatic data migration between information systems.

Project Outcomes for Business:

• 1. Reduce the workload of the BDDS evidence collection staff, which allows for the processing of an increasing volume of operations without recruiting additional staff.
• 2. Control of cash flow taking into account limits on expenditure items.
• 3. It became possible to monitor the execution of the cash flow budget online.
