Automation of activity of judicial sections of magistrates of St. Petersburg

Ensuring access of citizens to information of the official sites of the magistrates of St. Petersburg created on the Internet within performance of the Federal law of 12/22/2008 No. 262-FZ.

Results

GIS ADSUMS represents distributed system with the uniform central server and functions in the protected segment of the Single Multiservice Telecommunication Network of St. Petersburg (EMTS) which allows to transfer information of limited access with protection against unauthorized access to it. Data exchange between users of a system is performed in a protect mode.

For ensuring consolidation of data the possibility of use of the centralized qualifiers (the codes, reference books) including accepted in the Justice state automated system is provided. Also there is an opportunity to unload data from the Portal of magistrates of St. Petersburg in any required format, for updating of data on the website www.msudrf.ru according to the accepted uniform qualifiers and codes of Justice state automated system (at their existence) and to provide information in a required type / format.

Transfer of data on legal cases is performed from a workplace of the employee on the www.mirsud.spb.rupolnostyyu portal in the automatic mode. Also data exchange in a protect mode with Management of judicial department in St. Petersburg is provided.

Account of data of judicial office-work in GIS ADSUMS is kept in volume of the Instruction for judicial office-work at the magistrates of St. Petersburg, statistical cards on criminal case, a civil case, case of administrative offense, a statistical card on the defendant approved by the order of Judicial department.
