The committee on youth policy of the Rostov region automates rendering state services

Internet-Frigate completed the project of creation of the automation system of provision of services (ASPS) based on Docsvision in Committee on youth policy of the Rostov region, the press service of integrator reported on March 21, 2013.

For process automation of providing state services, in July, 2012 the decision on implementation in Committee of an information system of ensuring activities for providing public services with connection to SIEI services was made. As the software the solution proposed by Internet-Frigate company — "Automation System of Provision of Services (ASPS)", developed on the Docsvision platform is selected.

Terms

At the end of 2012 Internet-Frigate completed setup of a system: function of automatic registration of the requests arriving via the website of Committee was implemented, works on transfer of processing of requests to an electronic form are carried out. Interaction of an information system of Committee with the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction (SIEI) is provided. In 2013 the staff of Committee completely passed to processing of requests through the SAPU system.

Achievements

Process automation of provision of services increased quality of maintaining registers of receivers of subsidies at the expense of the automated control facilities of the entered information, information dates of receipt from FTS are repeatedly reduced, processes of effective processing, search and the analysis of data are configured. System implementation also simplified interaction with applicants — now it is performed by means of the website of Committee. The services allowing to submit the application for providing service directly through a personal account on the website that is significant simplification for applicants from distant areas of the Rostov region are developed.
