Content

The April Software company completed an implementation project of the 1C: Trade Management software product on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform in Novy Dom Company LLC.

Goal

Due to the permanent development and advance, presence in the market of construction materials and the constant pressure of competitors, the management of Companies Novy Dom LLC had a need of more operational and timely acceptance of management decisions. Need of optimization purchasing and the price politician was obvious.

A system which would allow to obtain quickly information on a relevant remaining balance of goods in warehouses is for this purpose necessary; for requirements analysis of buyers - about quantity and contents of their orders; for timely planning of price policy - about the relevant prices of suppliers; for long-term planning of supplier orders and cash flow - the general dynamics of sales for the certain set period; for the analysis of sales of the company - about sales of goods by single brands, models, producers, etc. The firm consultant selected April Software company,

Solution

As a result, a choice was made for benefit of the 1C: Trade Management 8 software product.

In the program it is possible to plan and control the sales. Orders of buyers are easily traced, necessary goods quantity is quickly ordered. Also in "1C: Trade Management 8" detailed operational accounting of goods in a warehouse is implemented, all warehouse transactions are fixed using the relevant documents – goods receipt, movement of goods, sales of goods, inventory and others. Everything together it helps a warehouse not to be empty and not to lie too long at the same time to goods. Besides, "1C: Trade Management" allows to keep account of different types of overheads – transport costs, storage, payments of fees and services. It considerably facilitates pricing, and AVTO-Komponent NN LLC companies as trading company, it is especially important. If "not guess" with the price and underestimate it – it is possible to work at a loss and if to overestimate – that the goods will be noncompetitive.

Result

The program several months are used, but employees of the company already managed to note transparency of accounting, functionality, simplicity in creation of different reports. Time expenditure was significantly reduced by purchase planning. For the management was important to differentiate access for workers to the data which are contained in base. The efficiency of work of selling assistants increased. The overall level of customer service as now a lot of time for acceptance by consultants of an optimal solution on a complete set is not required and, to selection of component parts with required characteristics raised.
