"Composite" completed an implementation project of the ELMA BPM system

On March 3, 2017 the Elma company announced implementation of the ELMA BPM system in LLC NPO Kompozit company.

At a stage of system implementation sales process in the department delivering products of the company in the mining enterprises was automated.

Using a BPM system the difficult sales process passing through several divisions of the company was built and is performed automatically.

For performance monitoring of work with clients in a system the active funnel of sales is configured. It demonstrates how many transactions there began managers and at what stage there is an execution. Work of the manager is broken into stages, since the first contact with the client before completion of the transaction. The automated sales process which is started from the moment of creation of the purchasing request in a system is also one of transaction stages.

Using the ELMA BPM system of LLC NPO Kompozit it was succeeded to organize interaction between participants of sales process from different divisions of the enterprise. It provided increase in speed and quality of processing of purchasing requests and made work more convenient. That implementation of the IT tool did not cause difficulties, the company provided training of employees and also a rate for IT specialists in administration of a system.
